We are on an exciting growth journey - Do you want to join us? We are currently looking for an Account Manager to focus on our markets in Västra Götaland, Halland and Skåne.

Role description
As an Account Manager, your focus will be on long-term improvement and development of collaborations with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and strengthening the company's relationships with key individuals, decision-makers and endusers.

In practice, this involves:

  • selling AEC's full portfolio of digital solutions and services
  • maintaining and developing existing customers
  • initiating new customer relationships and establishing long-term collaborations with potential customers and partners
  • working at both an operational and strategic level to capture new market share
  • actively working with CRM
  • working closely with colleagues in development/consulting and marketing
  • writing proposals and negotiating contracts
  • working with customer project management

Your profile
We are looking for someone who is self-driven and can professionally handle the entire sales process based on our customers' diverse needs. You have extensive experience in creating, building and maintaining lasting relationships with new and existing customers. As a person, you are persistent, have broad business development experience and your ability to understand customer needs is what makes you successful in sales.

Furthermore, you have a strategic- and business-oriented mindset and know what it takes to achieve satisfied customers. It’s an advantage if you have previously worked in consultative sales (preferably within the construction industry), SaaS sales, and can engage in dialogues with decision-makers as well as end users.

Success factors
To be successful in the Account Manager role you need to:

  • have at least 3 years of relevant B2B sales experience
  • have good knowledge in the Office suite
  • speak and write Swedish and English fluently
  • possess a valid driver's license (B)
  • have a relevant post-secondary education in sales, technology, economics, or similar
  • be result-oriented
  • have analytical skills

If you have experience with software/services for the construction industry that will be a plus.
